What is Awax?
Awax is Ajax without Javascript. Or Asynchronous Web Application with XML (or XMLHttpRequest, or whatever pleases you).
Awax is the generic term used on this site for a web application that looks and behaves very similarly to an Ajax application, but which has been written using Curl (or something else) instead of Javascript.
It is the first attempt at a curlr neolgoism, and is unlikely to be in widespread use any time soon.
Awax is also the name of a not very nasty trojan virus discovered earlier this year.
