How do I grant privilege to Curl applets from this web site?

This test applet will tell you whether you have granted privilege to this site.

If you prefer pictures with your instructions, then Curl has this nice instruction page, otherwise follow these edifying but tedious instructions:

1. open the Curl control panel; e.g. from Windows use the Start menu, find Curl RTE, the Surge Control Panel.


2. click on the Security Options tab.
   
3. click on the button Add Host ...
   
4. to trust the entire site type in www.curlr.org, and click OK
   
5. you might want to limit your trust to the location of the apps - in which case you need to follow a a few more simple steps:
   1. in the Security Options tab
   2. select the partially privileged option
   3. click on Add Privileged directory
   4. type in /apps/, and click OK
6. Close the control panel.
   
7. That's it.
   

Now run the test applet again, and you should get a positive result!
